Day 1 · Copenhagen
Lights, Lanes, Crowns
To start, Tivoli Gardens pulls you straight into Copenhagen's playful side: full of detail, atmospheric and right in the middle of the city. Then you continue along Strøget, where you feel the urban pace between facades, passages and long lines of sight. With The Round Tower and Rosenborg Castle, the day then turns more historic and calmer – first with a wide view over the rooftops, then with a royal backdrop in the green.

Harbour Flair and Quiet Halls
The second day begins in Nyhavn, where water, boats and the striking house fronts instantly create that unmistakable Copenhagen feeling. From there you move on to Frederik's Church, whose impressive presence gives the quarter a very different calm. In the David Collection things become more focused and intimate, before you can let the day wind down in The King's Garden.

Design, Court and Contrasts
Today Copenhagen shows its designed side: in Designmuseum Danmark you notice how naturally form, everyday life and aesthetics belong together here. Then the route leads to the Amalienborg Palace, where the city suddenly feels stately and almost ceremonial. With Freetown Christiania and the Church of Our Saviour, the mood then deliberately tips into the unconventional, giving the day one last energy all of its own.
